In this book Watchman Nee shows that the most important in the work of God is not the work but the worker. If the worker is not capable, specially his character more than his abilities, will cause problem to the work, it will be better not to put hands on work if there want a transformation of his habit through the sacrifice in the cross. The character of the worker of God need to have the following characteristics: * Know to listen * Love the humanity * Be able to suffer * Summit to serve * Be diligent * Restrain the toug * Not subjective * Have a correct actitude with moneyThe principal motive of the author is to the work of God not to suffer and to those that God has call to be efficient servant of Christ.
