The book covers the complete art production in chronological order of Pedro Tagliafico (b. Caracas, Venezuela 1944, lives and works in Italy), painter and artist of mixed media who started his artistic career in 1970 following the constructive abstraction movement, evolved into drawings and collages described as povera art and minimalist art, to later explore the diverse methods into what the authors describe as organic minimalism . Internationally recognized artist Tagliafico is described in the book as an artist whose inventive capacity is manifest in how he studies the materials he uses: pieces of glass and carbon, sand, cooper plates, gold sheets, plastic and other organic materials used in his different artwork –P.437.
