Resumen del Libro
High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Xia Lina (born October 26, 1987 in Harbin) is a Chinese female alpine ski racer. She competed for China at the 2010 Winter Olympics in the Slalom and Giant Slalom events. Alpine skiing (or downhill skiing) is the sport of sliding down snow-covered hills on skis with fixed-heel bindings. Alpine skiing can be contrasted with nordic skiing – such as cross-country, ski jumping and Telemark – in which skiers use free-heel bindings. Alpine skiing may take place at a ski resort where mechanical ski lifts have been installed to transport skiers up the mountain and where snow is groomed, avalanches are controlled and trees are cut to create trails.
