The architectural history and restoration of the Chapel of Santa Maria Magdalena, located in the property of the same name. This small construction is of great importance because it represents the point of beginning of the evangelization in the zone on the part of the Agustine order that continued into the 21st century. The Chapel belonged to the Governor of the Nueva Galicia, Cristobal de Oñate during the 16th century. The architecture, process of restoration, and the final result of the restoration are well documented.
