Mena
Resumen del Libro
Major edition taht compiles the artwork of sculptor and poet Mena (b. Argentina), a self taught artist who left a legacy of more than 500 wood carved human figures inspired in the people of the rural area of Chaco, the place he lived in. His carved painted figures are characteristic for their naÎve and satirical personifications while deformed with exaggerated heads, hands and feet, in a combination of figurative and abstract styles.
